4.Equip with the HMI can monitor the PID temperature controller status and record the abnormal history in timely.
5.It is capable to adjust the temperature setting(SV), Temp. High/Low alert value and the alert type (with alarm isolation function)
6.RS485 communication protocol.

Product specification

HMI AC control box equip with PLC and HMI for heater temperature controller communication and data collection. It can communicate and control 200 ea temperature controllers by the RS485 communication protocol. There are several AC circuit loops inside of the specific AC box, each circuit loop has it's own ELB and fuse for safety protection design. Each AC circuit loop function is individual and independent to each other loop. The HMI AC control box also has EMO botton which can cut off the power supply inlet as long as accident happened and botton pressed. The design is significant to protect the operator life safety.
