2. The inner/outer cloth is PTFE coated fiberglass cloth which heat resistant 270℃ and comply with UL94-V0 fireproof and flame-resistant requirement.

4. Totally customerize, design the heater jacket according to the real pipe profile.
5. Not the silicon heater sheet, without the silicon crack and peeling issue.

Heater jacket is used to heat or maintain the desired pipe temperature at all industry, especially apply on the semiconductor field. It is significant to reduce the process by-product condensing and improve the product yield/ machine utilization by heating or maintaining the specific pipe temperature. The heater jacket profile and heating temperature totally can be designed according to customer application and requirement.
